If you are suffering from panic attacks, you should follow this seven basic rules in order to avoid them, think: it is in your hands to stop suffering in vain. Hope that this helps!

1. Check with your doctor to see if those attacks come from a organic disease.
2. If your panic attacks come from a psychological cause think about what are you doing wrong with your life, where are you going too far and think about solutions (relax, food, exercise, entertainment, mood change)
3. Live a happy normal life, don’t think about yourself as a ill person, it will get you worse.
4. Don’t anticipate any moment of anxiety, don’t make your fears grow up, stop bad thoughts.
5. Prepare some sentences that you will repeat once a panic attack comes, for example: ‘I’m not going to die, is just fear”
6. Breathe Deeply. Sometimes anxiety attacks produce a loss of oxygen on your brain as you tend to breath badly, try to breath correctly and you will help your mind and body to counter attack those attacks!
